Dr. Ou graduated from Yang-Ming University School of Dentistry in 1993 and established his own private practice in Tao-yuan, Taiwan in 1995. Since 1998 he has begun providing implant treatment and is recognized as a specialist in implant therapy by Clinical Implant Dentistry Academy of ROC. He continued with advanced trainings in implant dentistry from University of Southern California in 2002, and New York University in 2005. In 2009 he received a one-year Master program certificate from University of California-LA. He is currently a lecturer for the Minec-UCLA continuing education program in Taiwan. Besides lecturing and private practice, Dr. Ou was past board member for the Taiwan Academy of Implant Dentistry-Taiwan Charter and is a current board member for the Clinical Implant Dentistry Academy of ROC.
